In terms of Rural Commercial Assets, we are able to assist and advise from the property were there is yet no commercial usage and the owner has ideas in respect of diversification or gaining additional planning consents for change of use, or construction / adaptation of premises through to existing assets that fall within the commercial use class. Within this sector there are several sub-sectors as follows:-

4. Office

We have experience in dealing with each of these assets, however we do tend to specialise in the rural and semi-rural sector, which can include village based premises.

The needs of these properties are very different from town and city centre based ones, in terms of marketing requirements and by the same token the requirements of each purchaser will be very different in terms of type and quality of property that they are looking for.

We are able to work upon a basis whereby we simply introduce parties or indeed provide a full service of management whereby all liaison is carried out by ourselves.
We would also aim to deal with the discussion between solicitors in the lease preparation as the implementation of a legal document for such a letting is of key importance in order to protect both parties.
