North Lancashire Office - Lancashire




Armitstead Barnett is a fast paced, dynamic firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents.

We are looking for a full time PA/Secretary in our Garstang office.   This key position will provide secretarial support and assistance to one of our Partners, working in a busy and vibrant environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated, hardworking team-player who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines whilst still maintaining high standards of work and attention to detail. You will need to have a strong character, excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding organisational skills.  Does this sound like you?

Digital Dictation is an integral element of the role, therefore you must have previous experience in this and also a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounting would also be an advantage, although not essential, as full training will be given.  Previous secretarial experience, enthusiasm and a pleasant demeanor are essential for this important position.  Previous Estate Agency experience is not essential.

You must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and be highly organised.  Salary will be dependent on experience.

Ribble Valley Office - Lancashire

We are looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator (on a temporary basis with potential to move to permanent) who can hit the ground, running.  Based in our Clitheroe office, this role is integral to the growing Ribble Valley and wider team.


Having experience of using a property database, understanding the sales process and with the tenacity to deal with sales progressions, this busy yet rewarding role may be the ideal opportunity for you.

We are looking for a full-time member of staff to join our successful village, rural and high-end Agency team.  With a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and being highly organised., you must be able to work as part of a strong team but be self-motivated and hold a full UK driving licence.  Salary will be dependent on experience.
