2018 sees us celebrate a successful second year in business in the bustling market town of Kendal. This central location is proving an excellent base for our ever growing team; offering land and property expertise to a wide variety of clients across Cumbria.

Despite having sold properties, land, and farms both privately and by public auction for more than 40 years, it was nice to get the first one sold by auction for Armitstead Barnett.”
April of this year saw Keir Walls AssocRICS FNAEA welcomed to team AB as Cumbria Agency Co-Ordinator. He says “We feel that it’s been an impressive second birthday year handling million-pound property sales from developments to prestige homes to a couple of acres of grassland.
