Barn Four Semi-detached, stone under slate, two story comprising of; open plan kitchen/dining and living area, utility, cloakroom, first floor; two bedrooms and bathroom. Total floor area: 100m2 (1,067sq. ft)
Externally, the barns will be accessed by an existing private driveway leading off Bruna Hill. The barns have allocated car parking to the North but also, good sized, private gardens with areas for patio/decking/raised garden areas.
